In preparation for our bid to the owner/architect, we may accept and rely upon the bid you submit. We will assume that all bids are per plan, specs, and addendums.
If you print or view partial sets of plans, Olympic Builders General Contractors, Inc. takes no responsibility for any missing labor/materials in your bid.
